These Terms of Service govern your use of the Justice Flooring website and any quotes, subscriptions, or on site services we provide. By using our site or hiring us, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and estimates

Quotes are provided free of charge based on the information you share and, when needed, an on site visit. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may change if site conditions, square footage, or scope differ from what we were told.

Minimum job and promotional offers

Price Match Guarantee

Our Price Match Guarantee is subject to the terms shown on the Price Match page. Matched quotes must be from a licensed and insured local competitor for the same scope, materials, and labor, and must be submitted in writing before work begins.

Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms for an individual job are described in your written quote or work order. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and follow the manufacturer's terms. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, settling, moisture, or work performed by others.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds for subscriptions and one time jobs are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Justice Flooring's total liability for any claim related to our services or this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Photos and reviews

We may take before and after photos of completed work for portfolio, training, and marketing use. Photos will not include personally identifying information unless you give written permission. Let us know in writing if you prefer that we not photograph your project.

Website use

The content on this site is for general information. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to submit false or harassing requests.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above will be updated when we do. Continued use of our site or services means you accept the updated terms.
