We want you to feel confident booking with Justice Flooring. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for subscription plans, seasonal services, and one time jobs. By signing up or booking, you agree to these terms.
Subscription plans
Residential and commercial subscription plans renew automatically on the cadence selected at signup (monthly, quarterly, or annual).
- Cancel any time. You can cancel a subscription at any time by calling us, emailing contact@jusfloors.com, or messaging us through the contact form. We confirm every cancellation in writing.
- Current cycle. When you cancel, you keep access to all included services through the end of the billing cycle you already paid for. We do not prorate partial months.
- Quarterly and annual plans. If you cancel a quarterly or annual plan mid term, we refund the unused portion at the equivalent monthly rate, minus the value of services already delivered or scheduled in the next 14 days.
- Pause instead of cancel. You can pause a subscription for up to 90 days per year at no charge. Billing and visits resume on the date you choose.
- Missed visits. If we miss a scheduled visit due to our scheduling, we reschedule within 7 days or credit that visit to your next bill. Visits missed because of access issues, weather safety, or last minute customer cancellation (less than 24 hours notice) are not credited.
Seasonal services
- Seasonal services (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter) are billed per visit at the confirmed quote price.
- You may cancel or reschedule a visit at no charge with at least 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours notice may be charged a $25 trip fee.
- Snow and severe weather services may be rescheduled by us for safety reasons; any prepayment for a canceled visit will be credited or refunded.
One time jobs and quotes
- Below the $300 minimum. Jobs quoted under $300 are paid in full upfront. If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start, you receive a full refund. Cancellations inside 48 hours are refunded minus a $50 scheduling fee. Once work has started, payment is non refundable for completed labor and any materials that have been ordered or cut to spec.
- Deposits on larger projects. Deposits hold your spot on the calendar and cover initial material orders. Deposits are refundable for 72 hours after signing, minus any non returnable materials already ordered. After 72 hours, deposits are non refundable but remain applied to the final balance.
- Change of scope. If you change the scope after work has started, we adjust the price through a written change order before continuing.
Workmanship guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our workmanship, contact us within 14 days of completion. We will return to inspect and re do the affected area at no extra cost when the issue is the result of our workmanship. Material defects are handled under the manufacturer's warranty.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. For check or cash payments we issue a check by mail. Bank or card processor delays may add a few additional days.
How to request a cancellation or refund

- Tell us the name on the account, the service address, and the reason.
- We confirm the cancellation or refund in writing within 1 business day.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above will be updated when we do. Changes do not apply retroactively to subscriptions or jobs already booked.
