Fine print
- • The competing written quote must be submitted to Justice Flooring before any contract is signed or work begins. Quotes presented after work starts are not eligible.
- • Quotes must be from an insured local competitor operating within our standard service area, and must be dated within the last 30 days.
- • The match applies to the same scope of work, materials, product grade, square footage, prep, removal and disposal. We reserve the right to verify the competing quote directly with the issuing company.
- • Match is limited to labor and materials line items. It does not apply to taxes, permits, financing charges, third party fees, or services we do not offer.
- • Cannot be combined with the $100 off promotion or other discounts unless stated in writing. One price match per project. Subject to our standard $300 minimum job.
- • Justice Flooring may decline to match a quote in its sole discretion, including where the competing scope cannot be safely or lawfully performed at that price.
- • Full terms are governed by our Terms of Service.
